we were all given 20 days in the cooler.

they made us pay, 1-0, 2-0, 3-0, 4-0; final score.

we tried to reply but the alsations were mean.

Man Of The Match: rob played out of his skin for the others, he got let of the cooler and took the alsations for a walk. Well played rob.

I think we need to open up 'Harry'.

what a great game

we've seen off the others and are back to great fun football.

alex y's team had Ed the floating keeper first half and the extra man showed they were 3-0  up in no time

but we got one back 3-1 ( amar's 1st goal,yes you guess the thread)

Ed switched over half way to, then, give us the extra man and it 'did not' show beacause alex y's team scored again 4-1!

But then the come back

great solo effort from ian 4-2

another fantastic goal from amar 4-3

and the brilliant third from amar making a hatrick!

it is hard enough to score one goal at any level in football but to score three is exceptionale'

I know you all agree even though you are shaking your head's whilst reading this, well at least you are all happy in the knowledge that these match report's are completely unbiased!!

does anyone know how we can shake them?

slow return to top speed after over indulgence

I think sentiment is that we are better kicking the ball out from goal, as playing out from the back is not working

we finally got one back from a deflected toma strike, we did create lots of chances ,but poor finishing

The Others.

7-a-side (almost) and Hamilton goes over.

After the "high" of Sunday afternoon's victory the Monday night encounter aganist the others was a banana skin.  Anything but.  Age and guile won through over youth and exhuberance and it was a 3-2 victory to us through quality passing and simple football.  Quality team performance all around and it was refreshing to hear AlexH berating the other team for their direct tactics.  Even with Sunday's Man of the Match Adam Heeks joining the Others half way through the goals still did not come.

Lots of good performances across the park meant it was difficult to pick out a player but going with Alex Young - scored 2 goals and was all over the pitch working for the team.

One downside was the injury to Justin who went over on his ankle while making a cat-like save.  Hope it will be better soon Justin.
